Here are the key global events we align with to drive change and create a brighter future for Kenya:


🧠 Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Events

1️⃣ World Mental Health Day (October 10)

Theme: Raising awareness of mental health and advocating for support systems
Nyumba Yetu Events:

  • Host community discussions on addiction and mental health in Kenya.
  • Launch a radio and social media campaign to reduce stigma around alcoholism and drug abuse.
  • Organize free counseling sessions and wellness activities for individuals and families.

2️⃣ International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (June 26)

Theme: Global action to combat drug addiction and promote recovery
